This product is MOD (Manufactured On Demand) by the studio using DVD-R Recordable Disc and is a fully licensed authorized product 

By eliminating inventory waste and inefficiencies in the distribution system, on-demand manufacturing provides the added benefit of helping preserve the environment. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE HOW IT IS MANUFACTURED 

 IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE EXACT SAME ITEM UPON CONFIRMATION IT IS DEFECTIVE.

We respond to messages and answer question usually within 24 hours and do so during normal business hours. 

Our business hours are Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm Est. 

Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays, if you ask a question during those times we will respond on the next business day from the time you submitted the message. 

SHIPPING:All orders generally process and ship within 2-3 business days, in some cases that may be shorter or longer depending on the time of year and amount of orders we receive to process. The handling time listed in the shipping section will best reflect how long it will take for your order to process and ship. 

Delivery times within the Continental USA are 4-10 business days from the time of shipment, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US Territories need to allow up to 7 extra days for delivery. 

International delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and in some rare cases up to 6 weeks for delivery. The delivery time will depend greatly on how the package is handled by your Government upon arrival into your country, should the package get held up for importation inspection it can delay delivery into the 3-6 week range. 

This item is guaranteed to arrive in the condition as stated if you should have a problem with your purchase please contact us FIRST before leaving negative feedback or opening a complaint so that we can work with you to resolve the problem.

 RETURNS:We DO NOT accept returns for buyer remorse (you changed your mind or no longer want it). 

Items that are new and have been opened and used are non-refundable for any reason. 

Items that are defective will be exchanged or replaced with the EXACT same item upon the return of the defective item (unless another is not available), once the defective item is received we will confirm any defects and issue a replacement item, a refund for the cost of returning the item will be issued within a reasonable amount. (The amount it costs us to send you a replacement). 

Should a replacement not be made available a refund or store credit will be issued. 

There is a 14 day return policy for defective items. 

We DO NOT accept returns for items that have been used and damaged.
